ACQUISITION UPDATE
Further to the announcement by Dalata on 17 December 2014 of its proposed Acquisition of the Moran Bewley's Hotel Group and Placing of 18,300,000 Placing Shares and the further announcements regarding shareholder approval and CCPC approval of the Acquisition, Dalata is pleased to announce the following timetable to completion:

Date of Completion of the Acquisition | 3 February 2015 |
Admission and Dealings in the Enlarged Share Capital commence on AIM and ESM | 4 February 2015 |
CREST accounts credited for Placing Shares in uncertificated form | 4 February 2015 |
Dispatch of definitive share certificates, where applicable | 16 February 2015 |
Applications have been made for the Enlarged Issued Share Capital to be admitted to trading on AIM and the ESM and it is expected that dealings in the Placing Shares will commence on 4 February 2015.
