Acquisition Update
Satisfaction of condition for the acquisition of Mitchell's Oil Field Services, Inc. (`Mitchells')
Wood Group, the international energy services company, confirms receipt of anti-trust approval from the US Federal Trade Commission for its proposed acquisition of Mitchells. The condition to the acquisition having been satisfied, the acquisition of Mitchells is expected to complete by 22 October 2012.
