Atkins (WS) PLC03 December 2007 EUROPEAN AEROSPACE ACQUISITION POSITIONS ATKINS FOR GROWTH WS Atkins plc (Atkins) announces the acquisition of Nedtech Engineering B.V.(Nedtech), a Dutch aerospace consultancy, from its founder. This acquisition isconditional, with completion expected by the end of December 2007. Nedtech recorded annual turnover of £3.5m in 2006 and had gross assets of £1.9m.Nedtech has particular expertise in civil and military aerospace structures,system and engine design. It will complement Atkins' existing skills inaerospace and defence system engineering.
