Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP") announces that the Group has acquired two modern medical centres developed by the Abstract Group of Companies in Hornsea, East Yorkshire and Eaglescliffe near Stockton on Tees, County Durham for approximately £4.80 million (net assets acquired £4.80 million). The buildings are let for occupation by GP Practices. The combined rent roll is approximately £320,000 and the weighted average unexpired lease length is 19.5 years
