(BBVA) informs that its subsidiary inColombia, BBVA Colombia, has won the public auction held by the "Fondo deGarantias de Instituciones Financieras FOGAFIN", for 98.78 % of the subscribedand paid up share capital of Banco Granahorrar S.A. The price offered by BBVA Colombia for the acquisition of Banco Granahorrar S.A.was USD 423.66 million. The transaction will be executed as soon as the authorizations from thesupervisory and regulatory institutions are duly obtained.
