Euromoney completes acquisition of RISI

Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC ("Euromoney"), the international online information and events group, today completed the acquisition of 100% of the equity of RISI, the leading price reporting agency for the global forest products market, on the terms set out in its RNS of March 3, 2017.
