Huntsworth PLC01 July 2005 HUNTSWORTH PLC 1 July 2005 Acquisition of Zahner & Partner AG, Switzerland Huntsworth PLC, ("Huntsworth"), the international public relations group,announces today that it has agreed to acquire Zahner & Partner AG ("Zahner"),the Swiss-based communications company. The initial consideration will beapproximately CHF2,113,422 to be satisfied by CHF1,162,382 in cash and balanceby the issue of 2,083,052 new ordinary shares. Deferred consideration of a maximum of CHF1,086,578 may be payable depending onthe financial performance of Zahner in the three years from 1 January 2006.This deferred consideration would be payable in cash or new ordinary shares, atHuntsworth's discretion. Application to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange isbeing made today for the admission of these shares to trading on the OfficialList of the UK Listing Authority. Dealings are expected to commence on 13 July2005.
