ACQUISITION OF SHARES AS PART OF OTE's STOCK OPTION PLAN
ATHENS, Greece - November 13, 2013 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (ASE: HTO, OTC MARKET:HLTOY), the Greek full-service telecommunications provider, announces that following its relevant announcement of 11/11/2013, the OTE Group executives mentioned below have notified the company on 12/11/2013 of their acquisition of OTE SA shares which were transferred to them by the company as part of the approved, by the General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders, "Stock Option Plan" as follows:
Directors of OTE S.A.: Mr. Koutsianas Fotios acquired 8,900 shares for a total value of €50,176.81, Mr. Louros Spyridon 11,000 shares for a total value of €62,016.28 and Ms. Matathia Anna, 7,000 shares for a total value of €39,465.
Senior Managers of OTE S.A.: Mr. Vasilopoulos Ioannis acquired 7,000 shares for a total value of €39,465, Mr. Sardanidis Stefanos acquired 7,000 shares for a total value of €39,465, Mr. Athanasopoulos Georgios-Dimitrios acquired 7,000 shares for a total value of €39,465, Mr. Katsantonis Dimitrios acquired 7,000 shares for a total value of €39,465, Mr. Papatriantafyllou Dimitrios acquired 7,000 shares for a total value of €39,465, Mr. Dragoutas Achilleas acquired 7,000 shares for a total value of €39,465 and Mr. Zamanis Dimitrios acquired 7,000 shares for a total value of €39,465.
