Acquisition of Sistema shares by member of the Management Board

Moscow, Russia - July 7, 2016 - Sistema JSFC ("Sistema" or "the Company") (LSE: SSA, MOEX: AFKS), a publicly-traded diversified holding company operating primarily in Russia and the CIS, announces that Artem Zassoursky, Sistema Vice President, Head of Strategy, has acquired 231,000 Sistema ordinary shares. The share of Sistema charter capital owned by Mr. Zassoursky following the acquisition is 0.0024%.

The shares were acquired as part of the previously announced programme for senior management of the Company to participate in the share capital of Sistema, whereby heads of Sistema's functional subdivisions invest part of their total annual income in the Company's shares every year.
