Acquisition of Sistema shares by member of the Management Board

Moscow, Russia -September 15, 2016 - Sistema PJSFC ("Sistema" or "the Company") (LSE: SSA, MOEX: AFKS), a publicly-traded diversified holding company operating primarily in Russia and the CIS, announces that Valentin Korchunov, Sistema Vice President, Investment Portfolio Manager, has acquired 3,694,700 Sistema ordinary shares. The share of Sistema charter capital owned by Mr. Korchunov following the acquisition is 0.0538%.

The shares were acquired as part of the previously announced programme for senior management of the Company to participate in the share capital of Sistema, whereby Sistema's top-managers invest part of their income in the Company's shares.
