Acquisition of Sistema shares by members of the Management Board
Moscow, Russia - 21 April 2017 - Sistema PJSFC ("Sistema" or "the Company") (LSE: SSA, MOEX: AFKS), a publicly-traded diversified holding company operating primarily in Russia and the CIS, announces that members of the Company's Management Board have acquired Sistema ordinary shares. Details on the acquisitions are as follows:
