Acquisition of Shares by Director

Duet Real Estate Finance Limited (LSE: DREF) announces that it was advised today, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R, that on 4 December 2013 David Moore, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 21,351 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 86.75p per Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Moore's holding in the Company is 39,329 Shares representing 0.05% of the Company's total voting rights. The Company's total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 74,925,109.
