Acquisition of Shares by Director
Robert Walters plc announces that Robert Walters, the Company's Chief Executive, has today acquired 100,000 shares in the Company at a price of £0.90 per share.
As a result of the above transaction, Mr Walters' shareholding in the Company as well as the shareholdings of Giles Daubeney, Chief Operating Officer, and Alan Bannatyne, Group Finance Director, are as follows:
