Dolphin Capital Investors Limited11 April 2007 11 April 2007 Dolphin Capital Investors Limited (DCI.L) Further re: acquisition of Aristo Developers Plc and Public Offer to acquire the remaining shares Further to the announcement dated 5 April 2007, Dolphin Capital Atlantis Ltd (a subsidiary of Dolphin Capital Investors Ltd) acquired on market an additional 5,324,045 (3.97%) shares in Aristo Developers Plc "(Aristo") at a price of €2.15 per share, on 5 April 2007. Dolphin Capital Atlantis Ltd has already acquired 20.05% of the share capital of Aristo from Aristo's second largest shareholder, and has also secured the acquisition of 59.54% of Aristo from Mr. Theodoros Aristodemou (and persons associated to him), the principal shareholder and founder of Aristo. The transfer of the stake of 59.54% to Dolphin Capital Atlantis Ltd is subject to the approval of the Commission for the Protection of Competition and any other competent authority.
