Further to its announcement on 17 December 2015, Ted Baker Plc, the global lifestyle brand, is pleased to announce that on 5 January 2016 it completed the acquisition of Block B, Canal Reach, St Pancras Way, London (also known as The Ugly Brown Building) from Leysin Investments Limited.
