Acquisition of Perfectha® distribution rights from Pharmavital SA

London, 25 April 2014 - Further to the announcement on 7 January 2014, Sinclair IS Pharma plc (AIM:SPH.L) ("Sinclair") the international specialty pharmaceutical company has completed the acquisition of trademarks and distribution rights from Pharmavital SA for the dermal filler Perfectha® in certain geographies (principally Brazil and Russia) for a consideration of $9.6million (£5.7million) which represents 2x 2013 sales in these territories by Pharmavital SA. Sinclair now has worldwide rights to Perfectha®.
