CLS Holdings PLC19 April 2005 CLS Holdings Plc (the 'Company') Acquisition of own shares The Company announces that, pursuant to its general authority granted byshareholders of the Company on 12 May 2004 to make market purchases of its ownshares the Company made on market purchases of 34,000 Ordinary Shares at 420pence per Ordinary Share on 18 April 2005 (to be held as treasury shares).
