Acquisition of Holding in Bilby Plc (“Bilby”)

The Company announces that it has acquired 462,088 shares under Bilby’s share placing, the details of which were recently announced by Bilby, at a price of 118 pence per share, for a total cash consideration of £545,263.84. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 2,337,088 shares and has an interest of 5.94% in Bilby’s issued share capital.
