Completion of Acquisition of Full Control of Central Park

Dublin, 8 January, 2016 | Green REIT Plc, the Irish property investment company, today confirms that it has completed the acquisition of full control of Central Park, contracts for which were exchanged on 19 November 2015, thereby increasing its ownership from fifty to one hundred per cent.
