The Company is pleased to announce that on 17 April 2008, it completed an acquisition of a freehold property. The site is to be used as a central kitchen for its restaurant operations. The consideration for the property of £787,500 (including VAT) was satisfied in full with cash. The property is located at Genesis Business Park, Rainsford Road, London.
