Acquisition of Boulter Stewart, Thailand

Sweett Group, the international construction and property consultancy, is pleased to announce the merger of the operations of Boulter Stewart Ltd into Sweett Group's Thailand business with effect from 26th August 2013.

Boulter Stewart Ltd is a leading quantity surveying consultancy based in Bangkok and delivering quantity surveying, contract administration, project financial services, due diligence and dispute resolution services. The company was established in 1997 by Bob Boulter in collaboration with David Stewart each of whom have over 30 years' experience in construction consultancy work in Thailand, focusing on the industrial, commercial and hotels and leisure sectors.

Over the last five years, Sweett Group's Thailand office, acting as Project Managers, and Boulter Stewart, acting as Quantity Surveyors, have conducted a strategic alliance collaborating on joint delivery of several commissions for clients including Merlin Entertainments, Bank of America and Kingdom Properties.
