One Media iP Group Plc

("One Media" or "the Group" or "the Company")

Acquisition of the Alan Peters Music Master Catalogue ("APMMC")

One Media iP Group Plc (AIM: OMIP), the digital media content provider, which consolidates, exploits and monetises intellectual property rights around music and video, is pleased to announce that it has acquired in its entirety, the Alan Peters Music Masters Catalogue together with the modest revenues and licenses controlled by Classic Hits 2000 Ltd and Golden Archive Ltd for a consideration of £35,000 (thirty five thousand pounds).

The acquisition includes hours of popular classical music performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, traditional Christmas music from St. Paul's Cathedral, military marching music performed by H.M. Coldstream Guards and musical renditions of the Scottish Pipes & Drums.

During his playing career Alan Peters was a violinist who played with many of the leading London Orchestras. He was a member of the London Philharmonic Orchestra, a member of the Philharmonia Orchestra and was leader of the Royal Opera House, (Covent Garden) Ballet Orchestra. As an independent record producer Alan Peters has recorded hundreds of music tracks both classical and easy listening.

Commenting on the acquisition Michael Infante CEO & Chairman of One Media, said:

"We have had the Alan Peters music catalogue under license since 2007. They sit well alongside our recently acquired Point Classics catalogue. One Media's policy of acquiring music from its licensors, thus increasing profitability in onward royalty commitments has proved to be a benefit to the Company. Additionally, exclusive ownership is very important in a changing digital world”.
