Centrica completes acquisition of additional 25.5% stake in SPE

Centrica plc (Centrica) today completed the purchase of GDF SUEZ's 25.5% stake in SPE SA (SPE), giving Centrica a controlling 51 per cent shareholding in the Belgian generation and supply company.
