Acquisition of Addiction Worldwide
The Mission Marketing Group plc ("the missiontm" or the "Company"), the national marketing communications and advertising group, is pleased to announce that it has acquired certain trade and assets of Addiction Worldwide Limited ("Addiction") for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 1998, Addiction specialises in content and production with a strong skill base in 'Above The Line', digital and social, listing B&Q, Remington and Voss water among its Clients.
Under the terms of the transaction, the missiontm will take over the lease of Addiction's Percy Street offices, which will also become home to Bray Leino's London operation. The combined teams will be working closely to create an exciting new entity for the group in London.
Jeremy Rainbird, founder and Chief Executive of Addiction, commented: "Becoming part of the missiontmis great for Addiction, not just because it gives us access to their great Client list but because we believe in what the missiontm is doing and like the way they do it."
Executive Chairman of the missiontm, David Morgan, said: "With its in-house production capability and strong reputation in above-the-line work, Addiction is another valuable addition to the range of services we can provide our Clients from any of the mission's seven Agencies. This further strengthens our unique proposition and integrated model, which we believe is unsurpassed in the industry."
