Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP"), one of the largest providers of modern primary healthcare facilities, announces that it has completed the acquisition of a new medical centre, The NantgarwMedical Centre, Caerphilly, South Wales for approximately £3.8 million.
The construction of the building was completed in March 2012, and it is fully let and income producing on 20 year leases to a GP Practice (4 GP's), Local Health Board and Pharmacy.
