Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP") announces that a subsidiary has entered into purchase and funding agreements for the acquisition of a new medical centre in Treharris, Mid Glamorgan, South Wales, for approximately £4.4 million (net assets acquired £4.4 million). The building will be let to two local NHS Trusts for occupation by GP Practices, and to Treharris Communities First, a pharmacy and the Rhondda CynonTaff Local Health Board and is expected to be completed in Spring 2010.
