Sage completes acquisition of Folhamatic Group
Further to the announcement on 20 June 2012, The Sage Group plc ("Sage") announces that on 25 June 2012, it completed the acquisition of the controlling interest in Folhamatic Group on the terms stated in the initial announcement.
