Completion of the acquisition of National Grid Energy Services'

service contract business

HomeServe plc is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement made on 14 April 2010, it has completed the acquisition of National Grid's Energy Services' service contract business in the USA. The net consideration paid was $15.4m (£9.7m), with gross consideration of $30m (£18.9m) reduced by net liabilities of $14.6m (£9.2m).
