Pan Pacific Aggregates PLC29 June 2006 Pan Pacific Aggregates plc Acquisition of Mineral Claims Pan Pacific Aggregates plc ("PPA" or the "Company") is pleased to announce thatit has acquired the "ALEXIS" mineral claims on the Sechelt Peninsula previouslyheld by Mr. Johan Thom Shearer. The nine ALEXIS claims cover an area of 700 hectares and are in the centre ofthe Company's proposed mining project on the Sechelt Peninsula in BritishColumbia. The acquisition of these claims is a significant accomplishment forPPA and now positions the Company as the sole recorded holder of 103 mineralclaims covering 29,405 hectares on the Sechelt Peninsula. At present there are no known mineral resources identified on the Alexis Claims. However, according to Mr. Donald Nicholson, Chairman & CEO," there is a strongpossibility that favourable mineralized zones immediately to the north of theseclaims will extend further south. Furthermore, this acquisition allows PPA'sexploration program for 2006 to pursue additional resource potential unimpeded, and provides unencumbered access to the Company's proposed mining operations inthe future."
