Raven Russia Limited28 November 2005 RAVEN RUSSIA LIMITED (the "Company") Notification of acquisition 28 November 2005 Further to the Company's GBP153 million equity fundraising and admission to AIMon 29 July 2005, the Company announces it has entered into an agreement topurchase, from a group of international investors, two companies which each owna logistics warehouse in the Moscow region. Both warehouses are newlyconstructed and of grade A standard, comprising 41,600 square metres inaggregate. These warehouses are both fully let to a mixture of international andRussian companies. The purchase price of the companies will be the net asset value, as determinedby completion accounts, which is expected to be approximately USD18.6 million.
