Aggreko PLC25 May 2005 Wednesday 25 May 2005 AGGREKO ACQUIRES TEMPERATURE CONTROL FLEET IN NORTH AMERICA Aggreko plc, the world's leading supplier of temporary power, temperaturecontrol and compressed air systems, announced today that it has entered anagreement to acquire the temperature control rental fleet of Prime Energy, abrand of Rental Service Corporation, a company within the Atlas Copco Group inNorth America. The consideration will be a maximum of $5.2m (£2.8m). The rental fleet acquired includes more than 150 chillers, air-conditioningunits and cooling towers with an aggregate capacity of over 20,000 tons. As partof the agreement, Prime Energy will exclusively use Aggreko for the supply oftemporary temperature control solutions to its North American customers.
