According to the BOD resolution on January 2, 2019 the ownership of 5100 shares which represents 51 % of Alexandria Wax Products company has been transferred from the German company "SASOL" to Alexandria Mineral Oils Company ( AMOC ) on May 20, 2019, Thus AMOC's Share now is 91%, such sale costs the nominal value of such shares
