Centaur Media PLC25 May 2007 25th May 2007 Centaur Media plc acquires Creative Handbook May 25th 2007: Centaur Media plc (Centaur), the specialist business publishing,information and events group, has acquired the Creative Handbook from ReedBusiness Information Ltd. for £0.3m. The Creative Handbook is an annual directory publication in the creativeservices market where Centaur is represented by the monthly magazine CreativeReview and the weekly Design Week. No staff are included in the transaction and the business will be moved toCentaur's offices with immediate effect. The next issue of the Handbook (dated2008) will be published later this year.
