BAE Systems completes acquisition of Atlantic Marine

Further to the announcement of 18 May 2010, BAE Systems has completed on 13 July 2010 , for a cash consideration of $352 million, the acquisition of all of the stock of Atlantic Marine Holding Company, a vessel maintenance, repair, overhaul, and conversion, marine fabrication, and ship construction services provider with operations at Mayport and Jacksonville, Florida, Moss Point, Mississippi, and Mobile, Alabama.
