IFG Group plc ('IFG') is pleased to announce that, following approval from the Financial Regulator in accordance with Regulation 180 of the European Communities (Markets in Financial Instruments) Regulations 2007, completion has been effected whereby IFG has acquired 100% of the issued share capital of Pensco Limited.
