Completion of Acquisition of Logimatic Software A/S

and of

certain trade and assets from ADB Systemer AS

Further to our announcement on 3rd June 2010, AVEVA is pleased to announce that, through its wholly owned subsidiary AVEVA Solutions Limited, it has today completed the acquisition of Logimatic Software A/S for consideration of €14.5 million (approximately £12.3 million) which includes deferred consideration of €1.5 million (approximately £1.3 million).

In addition and further to a second announcement made on 3rd June 2010, AVEVA is pleased to announce that, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, AVEVA Solutions Limited and AVEVA AS, it has today completed the acquisition of certain trade and assets from ADB Systemer AS for NOK 40.0 million (approximately £4.3 million).
