Schroders PLC29 February 2008 Schroders completes Singapore private client acquisition 29th February 2008 Schroders plc ("Schroders") announces the completion of the acquisition of theSingapore-based private client advisory unit of Commonwealth Bank of Australiaby Schroder & Co (Asia) Limited, a Singapore subsidiary. The proposedacquisition was announced on 2 October 2007. The business has over US$660million of assets under administration and employs 12 people. Mr Khing Go,previously Head of Private Banking Asia Advisory for Commonwealth Bank ofAustralia, has been appointed Schroders Head of Private Clients Asia.
