Mantix works with clients making major investments in technology and businesschange, helping them to deliver value through effective programme and projectmanagement. This acquisition deepens and broadens the capability of the Group's managementconsultancy business, which already has a top 20 UK position, and is a majorprovider of management consultancy services to UK central government. It brings together Mantix's profile, expertise, methods and capability insystems relocation with Atkins' resources, capacity and skills in managingphysical business relocations. The combined business will continue to invest inMantix's Microsoft programme management solutions which support business changeprogrammes.
