Menzies(John) PLC02 November 2006 John Menzies plc announces the acquisition of Express Baggage (Heathrow)Limited. Following a number of recent acquisitions, John Menzies plc, the time-criticallogistics company, is pleased to announce that Menzies Aviation, its aviationsupport services subsidiary, has acquired Express Baggage (Heathrow) Limited ("Express Baggage"), a provider of luggage services to major airlines, operatingat London Heathrow airport and five regional branches around the UK. Express Baggage provides services for the repatriation of lost luggage andreplacement of damaged luggage to airline passengers. The company waspreviously privately owned and its reported gross assets as at 31 March 2005were £0.4m.
