Compass Group Completes Acquisition of Remaining 50% of Sofra, Turkey

We announced on 18 May 2011 that Compass Group had agreed to acquire the remaining 50% of the issued share capital which it did not already own in its Turkish joint venture Sofra Yemek Üretim ve Hizmet Anonim Şirketi, subject to obtaining clearance from the board of the competition authority of the Republic of Turkey. We are now pleased to confirm that the necessary clearance has been received and the acquisition has completed today.
