Located north of the Grange on Milton Pavement, the 4,800sq ft unit extendsAgora Max's holding in Birkenhead town centre and provides further opportunitiesfor the Fund to develop its stated plans to amalgamate and extend the shoppingcentre. Warner Estate Property Director, Michael Stevens, comments: "This purchasestrengthens our strategic holding in Birkenhead, allowing us to continue theprogress with our plans to turn the two centres into a single extended asset.Miltons Pub focuses our attention on the northern side of Milton Pavement wherewe are exploring opportunities to create large MSU units, satisfying strongretailer requirement for space in this town. New retailers recently welcomed to the town centre include Sportsdirect,Peacocks, the Fragrance Shop and Deichmann Shoes, all now open on BoroughPavement in the Grange. Mobile phone retailer '3' have also opened a 2,227sq ftunit in the Grange's St Johns Square.
