Go-Ahead Group PLC18 September 2006 For release at 7.00am on 18 September 2006 The Go-Ahead Group plc ("Go-Ahead" or the "Group") Acquisition of Docklands Minibuses Limited Go-Ahead announces that it has, through its London General bus subsidiary,acquired Docklands Minibuses Limited, a small independent London bus operator,for a total cash consideration of £3 million and the assumption of £1.0 millionof net debt at completion. The acquisition represents Go-Ahead's entry into theEast London bus market and provides London General with significant depotcapacity to expand the scale of the operations going forward. Based from asingle depot in Silvertown, Docklands Minibuses Limited will operate a fleet ofapproximately 30 vehicles on four Transport for London contracts.
