Acquisition of an interest of 88% of the share capital of North West Electricity Networks (Jersey) Limited

ENW Finance plc (the "Company") has been informed that the review by the Competition and Markets Authority (the "CMA") into the 22 October 2024 acquisition by Iberdrola, S.A., through its subsidiary Scottish Power Energy Networks Holdings Limited, of 88% of the share capital of North West Electricity Networks (Jersey) Limited ("NWEN J"), has completed and that the acquisition has been cleared by the CMA. NWEN J indirectly owns 100% of the Company.
