"M&ET" from its owner-managersfor £0.3 million (US$0.5 million) in cash. M&ET is an industrial hygiene, occupational safety, training and regulationconsulting firm based in Portland, Oregon, US. The acquisition is consistentwith AMEC's strategy of geographic and capacity expansion in its Earth andEnvironmental division.
