Completion of the acquisition of Utility Service Partners Inc.

HomeServe plc, the international home emergency business, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement made on 31 March 2016, it has completed the acquisition of Utility Service Partners Inc. Following completion, HomeServe USA offers its products to 43m households through affinity partnerships and now serves over 2.7m customers.
