Tex Holdings plc is pleased to announce it has today agreed to acquire the stock and assets of G&M Power Plant Ltd from the administrator. G&M Power Plant Ltd specialises in the design and assembly of bespoke high quality diesel powered electrical generator sets, covering both the global marine and UK industrial sectors.

G&M Power Plant Ltd has a number of synergies with the existing companies in the Tex Holdings PLC Engineering Division.

In future, G&M Power Plant Ltd will be known as G&M TEX LTD.
