Herencia Resources PLC03 April 2008 3 April 2008 Herencia Resources plc ("Herencia" or the "Company") Accounts Update The Company confirms that its annual report and accounts will be dispatched toshareholders on 17 April 2008 and that a copy of the Annual Final Report andAccounts for the 18 months ended 31 December 2007 is now available on theCompany's website: www.herenciaresources.com.au. The Company advises shareholders that the accounts released on 25 March 2008 donot constitute full statutory accounts within the meaning of Section 240 of theCompanies Act 1985. Those figures were extracted from the unaudited financialstatements for the 18 months ended 31 December 2007. In addition, the comparative figures for the 17 months ended 30 June 2006, whichare incorporated in the accounts, are not the Company's statutory accounts forthat financial period. Those accounts, which were prepared under IFRS, havebeen reported on by the Company's auditors and delivered to the Registrar ofCompanies. The report of the auditors was (i) unqualified, (ii) did not includea reference to any matters to which the Auditors drew attention by way ofemphasis without qualifying their report, and (iii) did not contain a statementunder Section 237(2) or (3) of the Companies Act 1985.
