cloudBuy (AIM: CBUY) has become aware that the annual accounts for a dormant private company have been registered in error to cloudBuy plc at Companies House. The Company is taking appropriate action for the removal and correct re-filing of these accounts. In the meantime, shareholders should disregard these incorrect accounts.
