Accounting Reference Date Change

BACIT Limited (BACIT) today announces that the company's first accounting reference date has been changed from ending on 31 March 2013 to ending on 25 October 2012. Accordingly, the first annual financial statements BACIT produces and sends to shareholders will be made up to 25 October 2012. Thereafter BACIT will revert to a 31 March accounting reference date for subsequent accounting periods with the next accounting period ending on 31 March 2013.

The Directors believe that producing audited statements for the period between BACIT's incorporation and its listing and separate audited statements for the period between its listing and 31 March should produce more meaningful information for shareholders.

As a result of this change BACIT will not be required to produce a half-yearly report to 14 February 2013.

BACIT's audited financial results to 25 October 2012 and its audited results to 31 March 2013 will be sent to shareholders no later than 31 July 2013.
