Aberforth Partners LLP notified the company on 17 May that as of 14 May 2010 it held voting rights in respect of 9,505,500 shares in the capital of the company which represents 5.01% of the total voting rights in Bodycote plc as at that date (previously 4.97% on 29 March 2009).
